As you know, on September 24, 2005, Hurrican Rita made landfall between Sabine Pass, Texas, and Johnson's Bayou, Louisiana as a Category 3 hurricane. Since the hurricane was originally forecasted to hit near Galveston, we were a little nervous and tried to head up to Arkansas to see our family. We made it 37 miles north to Cleveland, TX. Here are some pictures from our small adventure.
